Sorry, website was down yesterday and most of today. Something about a plugin I installed that caused the server to use 65% of the CPU just to load my page. Considering how little traffic I get, that must have been one hell of a crappy ass plugin.

Quotes Collection. Surprises me because all it does is put a random quote on your sidebar. It uses AJAX to choose them randomly. I have no earthly clue why it caused so much server slowdown, but I don’t care enough about having it to poke around and find out.
Would you be willing to say which plug-in? I administer a lot of wordpress installs on shared servers and this tale strikes fear into my very marrow. ;)
